Tottenham fans will love what Sergio Reguilon did after Erik Lamela's stunning goal vs Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur were left disappointed on Sunday after a North London derby defeat to Arsenal, but it wasn't all bad following a goal to remember.

Spurs were left feeling hard done by at the Emirates Stadium after they were beaten 2-1, much to the thanks of a debatable penalty following Davinson Sanchez's foul on Alexandre Lacazette.

Michael Oliver awarded the spotkick and VAR official Paul Tierney agreed, despite replays showing both players appearing to contact each other.

Lacazette stepped up and tucked away the penalty to complete the Arsenal comeback after Martin Odegaard had cancelled out Erik Lamela's first-half goal.

And that Lamela goal was undoubtedly the bright spark of an otherwise disappointing afternoon for Jose Mourinho and his men.

Lamela had a very busy afternoon, coming off the bench to replace the injured Son Heung-min before scoring and later getting sent off following two yellow cards.

But that goal, despite going on to mean little, will go down as one of the best goals scored in a North London derby, and that was reflected on the face of teammate Sergio Reguilon.

After Lamela pulled off a Rabona finish, picking out the bottom right-hand corner with a superb finish, Reguilon could not believe what he had seen.

The Spaniard was pictured looking stunned with his hands on his head, laughing in disbelief as he chased the celebrating Lamela, snapping his fingers with joy.

That Reguilon reaction will have perfectly captured the reaction of Tottenham fans, but ultimately it didn't prevent the disappointment that followed, Spurs suffering their first defeat in seven games.
