Tottenham fans will love what Robbie Keane just said about the club's new stadium

Former Tottenham Hotspur star Robbie Keane has been talking out on the turf about the club's new stadium and how excited he is about the future.

The Irishman is captaining the Tottenham Legends side that will take on their Inter Milan counterparts as the second test event in front of 45,000 fans at the massive stadium in north London.

Keane started up front with Jurgen Klinsmann with Rafael van der Vaart behind among a Spurs squad packed with fan favourites.

Keane was interviewed on the pitch before kick off and he lavished praise on the new 62,062-seater stadium.

"I was just talking to Stephen Carr and we were saying it’s like White Hart Lane, the feeling, the spirit, it’s White Hart Lane," he said.

"It’s one of the most incredible things I’ve seen in a long time. Let’s look to the future now and bringing trophies here for Tottenham Hotspur."

Former Spurs midfielder Nayim, who is wearing number 50, added: "It's unbelievable. It's a dream come true for a lot of us, for the fans, the team and the club."
