Tottenham eye Juventus defender transfer as winger's departure confirmed

Here is your Tottenham morning digest for Sunday, January 24.

Spurs eye Juventus starlet

Tottenham are said to be eyeing a move for Juventus youngster Radu Dragusin.

Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari claims Spurs have made an approach to sign the 18-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of the season and is free to sign a pre-contract agreement.

The youngster plays for the Juventus under-23s at present but he has managed two senior appearances, one in Serie A and another in the Champions League.

Dragusin is a centre-back, something Spurs are in search of, but this would more than likely be a signing for the future.

New fourth kit leaked

Tottenham Hotspur fans could soon have a fourth Nike shirt to choose from after a potential leak of another kit for supporters to choose from this season.

Jose Mourinho's team have already played in all three of their kits this season, with their white home top with navy shoulders, green away shirt and yellow third kit.

Tottenham signed a 15-year deal with Nike in 2018, believed to be worth £30m a year, and the latest batch of kits provoked plenty of discussion from the fans, with differing views on their very contrasting looks.

At the beginning of the season, reports and photos abounded about a potential grey fourth kit for the 2020/21 season, with a colour gradient meant to be inspired by the Nike Air Max 95 sneakers.

Now Footy Headlines have reported updates images of the new Tottenham kit, claiming that Nike will be releasing fourth kits for at least five of their key teams in Barcelona, Inter Milan, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Spurs.

The latest images, while keeping with the same colours and design, do show one twist from the original images that hit social media.

Tottenham winger says goodbye

Anthony Georgiou has posted a farewell message after sealing his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Cypriot side AEL Limassol.

The 23-year-old winger made the move this week as he entered the final six months of his contract at Tottenham.

Georgiou came through the club's academy and caught the eye of former manager Mauricio Pochettino during a pre-season tour of the USA.

The young midfielder also impressed fans with his raids down the left during the International Champions Cup that summer, including a dazzling cameo off the bench against Roma.

He earned his senior competitive debut from the bench when he appeared late on in a Champions League victory at APOEL in September 2017.
