Here are the Tottenham Hotspur evening headlines on Friday, June 26.
Sanchez could be offered Tottenham Hotspur lifeline - report
Manchester United flop Alexis Sanchez could reportedly be given a lifeline to rescue his career by his former manager Jose Mourinho this summer.
The Chilean has spent this season on loan at Inter Milan, after failing to make the grade at Old Trafford, but has struggled to make any real impression in Serie A and could once again find himself on the market this summer.
90min (via The Sun) report Spurs could be interested in signing Sanchez on loan should Manchester United be open to letting the forward join a Premier League rival. The player himself is thought to favour another move abroad.
AC Milan offer cash-plus-player deal to win race for Spurs 'target' - report
Arkadiusz Milik is believed to be the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, but AC Milan have reportedly offered Napoli a cash-plus-player deal in order to beat the North London side to the Polish striker.
Tuttosport (via Sempre Milan) claim Milik is on the Rossoneri’s radar as they look for a new centre forward this summer, with the 26-year-old also a target for Tottenham as they attempt to broaden their attacking options.
Milan have reportedly now offered a deal that includes midfielder Franck Kessie in an effort to lure Milik to the San Siro before the start of next season, with Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso believed to be a fan of the Ivorian.
Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Spurs are all said to be monitoring the situation, though, and could make an offer of their own as Napoli slap a price tag of €40 million on one of their prize assets.
Meunier received call from Mourinho before making move - report
It’s been claimed Thomas Meunier received a call from Tottenham Hotspur manager Mourinho before Daniel Levy scuppered the Portuguese’s chances of landing the right-back.

Meunier completed a move to Borussia Dortmund this week, with the Belgian set to join the Bundesliga side once his Paris Saint-Germain contract expires at the end of the month.
Spurs were consistently linked with the 28-year-old, but L’Equipe (via Sport Witness) reports Levy didn’t share the enthusiasm of Mourinho when it came to signing Meunier, allowing Dortmund to have a clear run at the defender.
Levy, it is claimed, was concerned with the lack of sell-on value, with Meunier set to turn 29 this September.
