Here are the Tottenham Hotspur evening headlines for Saturday, November 28.

Joe Hart sends message to Tottenham youngsters after trio make debuts vs Ludogorets

Joe Hart has backed the progress being made by Tottenham Hotspur ’s young players this season.

Jose Mourinho utilised the comfortable 4-0 Europa League win against Ludogorets on Thursday to hand out a trio of senior debuts to Spurs’ academy players.

Mourinho waited until the 82nd minute to introduce Harvey White, Dane Scarlett and Alfie Whiteman from the bench.

Speaking after the game, Hart took to Instagram to express his delight.

“So happy for the boys tonight,” he wrote, tagging Scarlett, White, Whiteman and Carlos Vinicius, who scored his first two goals for the club. “Congrats.”

Gary Mabbutt heaps praise on ‘incredible’ signing Gareth Bale

Former Tottenham star Gary Mabbutt has hailed Gareth Bale following his return to the club.

The Welsh international rejoined Spurs on a loan deal seven years after leaving the club for Real Madrid.

The deal was met with delight by Spurs fans as they welcomed the Welsh international back to the club, with the club also holding the option to extend the deal past this season.

“You’re going to be adding an incredible player to the talents we already have,” explained Mabbutt to The Transfer Tavern.

“I just feel that, you know, things are starting to fall into place for us, we’ve got a very strong, strong squad of players who have got a great attitude in the dressing room.

“We’ve got very strong management team. And overall, I think things are just starting to fall into place.”

Mourinho left impressed by summer signing

Jose Mourinho will look to include Joe Rodon in the starting line-up against Chelsea, according to The Daily Mail.

The Welsh defender joined Tottenham from Swansea City during the summer transfer window for a fee of £11million, and it would appear he has made a strong impression on Mourinho.

The Portuguese is wrestling with a mini-defensive crisis with Toby Alderweireld injured and Davinson Sanchez out of form.

The report states that Rodon will earn a start for Spurs during their crunch meeting with fellow title rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening.
