Antonio Conte has made three changes to his Tottenham team for their second festive match against Southampton on Tuesday afternoon.
The match at St Mary's will kick off just 46 hours after the final whistle of Spurs' win against Crystal Palace at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Boxing Day.
Conte admitted that day that he would have to make some changes but cannot make too many.
"It is not easy for us, for every team to play after 48 hours is not simple. When you have this type of situation if you have a strong squad it's easier, because you can make rotation and try to give rest and have a fresher team," he said.
"We will see [on Monday] because I want to understand the real physical condition of my squad. It's normal when you change many players that it's not simple. You can have a fresh team on one hand but on the other you can lose a bit of identity. We will try and make the best decision but it won't be easy."
Ben Davies, who admitted that he had tested positive for Covid this month, was rested on Sunday and returns to the team.
Harry Winks and Dele Alli also come back into the team following their last start in the draw against Liverpool.
Lucas Moura, Oliver Skipp and Japhet Tanganga drop to the bench.
Harry Kane was able to get half an hour's rest on Boxing Day with Spurs 3-0 up and with an extra man and he starts again.
Academy midfielder Harvey White also gets a place on the bench while Giovani Lo Celso and Steven Bergwijn miss out entirely.
