Jose Mourinho has made a handful of changes to his Tottenham team for this afternoon's Premier League clash against West Brom.

For the first time, Mourinho has chosen to start Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Gareth Bale together as an attacking force.
Serge Aurier is back fit and among the substitutes but Davinson Sanchez misses out entirely with Joe Rodon on the bench.
Toby Alderweireld and Eric Dier start their third game in a week together in the centre of defence, while Sergio Reguilon is back at left-back, having recovered from the flu.
Tottenham go into today's game with the chance of moving to the top of the Premier League table.
Victory against Slaven Bilic's men will see them leapfrog surprise league leaders Southampton, although their potential stay at the summit of the league could only be temporary with Leicester City and Liverpool in action later in the day.
