Tottenham confirmed starting XI vs Ludogorets: Harry Kane, Bale, Alderweireld and Dier start

Jose Mourinho declared that he would go "full power" in his Tottenham Hotspur team selection to face Ludogorets in Bulgaria in the Europa League.

He has made six changes from the team that beat Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday evening for this Group J game.

Mourinho is without Erik Lamela and Serge Aurier, who both have small injuries, and Sergio Reguilon has the flu.

Joe Rodon, Gedson Fernandes and Paulo Gazzaniga are not registered for the group stages of the Europa League.

Japhet Tanganga returned to training following his injury woes but the game in Bulgaria has come too soon for him to start or be on the bench.

The Spurs boss said last week after the defeat at Royal Antwerp that he would not make as many changes as he did that night - nine - in the next European game.

Mourinho had already said that Gareth Bale, fresh from his winning goal against Brighton, would start the match as he did in Belgium.

In central defence, the Portuguese has gone for Toby Alderweireld and Eric Dier.

Dele Alli is back in a Tottenham matchday squad, as one of the 12 substitutes.

Here's the team Mourinho has chosen to start the game with:

Hart, Doherty, Alderweireld, Dier, Davies, Winks, Sissoko; Bale, Lo Celso, Lucas, Kane. Subs: Lloris, Austin, Sanchez, Cirkin, Hojbjerg, Alli, Ndombele, White, Clarke, Son, Bergwijn, Vinicius.
