'Totally wonderful' vegan restaurant Go Falafel to open in Liverpool city centre

Liverpool is getting a brand new restaurant and it's all about falafel.

Go Falafel is heading to Liverpool next month, expanding its Manchester-based enterprise to bring the city its fresh, and fully vegan meals.

The new on the go-style venue will open on the corner of Williamson Street, opposite the Richmond Pub, on June 15.

The restaurant’s falafel mixture is made fresh every day, using a recipe which dates back generations from the Middle East.

Using a range of fresh, seasonal vegetables and salads, Go Falafel’s menu includes wraps, salad, hummus, tabbouleh, along with a range of fresh juices and smoothies.

The brand new restaurant will also have some new additions to the menu, especially for Liverpool.

Go Falafel has received glowing reviews in other locations, with customers calling its food “simply delicious”, while one even said “If heaven exists then they definitely serve Go Falafel food there”.
