A Tory MP was hospitalised and left with concussion and whiplash after swinging on her chair.
Taking to social media Andrea Jenkyns, the MP for Morley and Outwood, posted pictures that remind us to remember what your mum/teacher/junior researcher told you about swinging on your chair.
Ms Jenkyn, 41, suffered whiplash and a concussion from the fall.
The MP thanked staff at Leeds General Infirmary where she was treated and is reportedly now recovering.
She tweeted: “That's the last time I swing on my chair during a meeting! Whiplash and concussion.
“Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff at LGI. #AccidentProneTuesday.”
In a reply to a well-wishing Twitter user she said that the accident "involved a radiator".
