Torture claim by arrested Pakistan journalist

Two Pakistani journalists appeared in court in Karachi for their first time since being detained three months ago while filming at an air base previously used by US forces. A relative said one of the men, Mukesh Rupeta, a reporter with Geo TV, had been tortured in custody. He is accused with his cameraman, Sunjev Kumar, of leaking official secrets and faces seven years in prison if convicted.
