Police have said they suspect 25-year-old Alex Minassian of driving his car through a busy street in Toronto in an incident that killed at least 10 people.
Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders said the incident "definitely looked deliberate," though he would not call it an act of terror. The incident left at least 15 more people in hospitals across the city, Mr Saunders said.
"This is very early in the investigation, there is no avenue we won’t explore," he said. "...We open all the lanes at the start and we follow where ether evidence takes us."
