Topshop has sent social media into a spin with a pair of rather bizarre looking £60 'Jaded London' jeans.
The jeans in question have been cut out at the sides - with sheer star encrusted panels sewn in.

The description on the Topshop website reads 'Black wide leg jeans with glitter heart mesh outer leg jeans. High waisted.'
They look like something a 70s Cher would wear - potentially making them a must-have for fancy dress parties.

Woozle Tweeted: “I’m still off work sick. Completely over the place on medication.
“Got an email from Topshop. Am I hallucinating?”
And Red Sky At Night Tweeted: “Go home Topshop, you’re drunk.”
On Topshop’s website, the item is priced at £60 and a description reads: “Black wide leg jeans with glitter heart mesh outer leg panels.

But it's not the first time Topshop have faced a backlash over its weird designs.
To date we've had jeans with plastic see through patches on the knees and trousers made entirely of what looks like cellophane.
They also stunned customers with a pair of jeans with a built in net SKIRT around the top.
Other weird offerings included a denim jacket with cut out shoulders, raffia wedges with fur trim and ankle boots made entirely of faux fur - including the heels.
