Veganism has seen a huge rise in popularity over the last few years, with roughly over half a million of us practicing the lifestyle in the UK alone.
Whilst abstaining from the use of any animal products might sound impossible, it's become increasingly easy to maintain a balanced diet with restaurants and supermarket chains jumping on board with new and improved recipes.
And now the high-street are catching up, with Topshop's new ethical range consisting of six timeless styles and featuring a neutral palette of snakes, croc, nude, toffee, orange, black and white across 12 options.
Fashion Director for Topshop, Maddy Evans, says:
“We are really excited to be launching our first vegan collection this April.
Initially we’re focusing on footwear and introducing six new styles that are produced alongside our premium shoe lines in Spain.
We can’t wait to see how shoppers respond to the design-led collection and how far we can push vegan products across our accessories offering.”
Prices range from £42 – £59 and will be packaged in a box assembled using 100% non-animal and non-fish glue.
