Topless Mark Wright reveals his top bedtime hack and explains why there's underwear on the floor

Mark Wright has treated fans a glimpse of the bedroom he shares with his wife Michelle Keegan while sharing his bedtime hack.

The former TOWIE star showed his Instagram followers inside the bedroom of the couple's plush Essex home and gave fans his top tip for a morning workout.

"How many times have you said to yourself 'the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow is work out?'" he asked.

Crawley FC footballer Mark, 34, then revealed what he does to make sure he stays motivated - by putting his workout gear on the floor next to the bed.

When he wakes up in the morning he can then just throw it on and go.

"Simple. There's my bed. I sleep that side," said a topless Mark as he prepared for a bike ride.

"There's my pants and socks. There's my cycling top. There's my cycling shorts," he said as he threw his underwear and clothing for the next day on the floor.

He continued: "Bed, gym gear, brush me gnashers, out I go.

"Wake up, if your gym gear's by the side of your bed put it straight on, get out, you'll train.

"Trust me - best hack in the world. As soon as I started doing that it made me train first thing in the morning."

He added: "Trust me, that for me is massive. I used to have the gym and exercise hanging over my head all day.

"I couldn't function until I did it."

Advising fans to do the same he said: "Get your pyjamas, remove them from the side of your bed.

"I don't wear pyjamas. I go to bed with nothing. But I wear loungewear before I go to bed while watching telly.

"If I leave that by the side of my bed and not my gym gear I put my loungewear back on and I start lounging round the house in the morning. No, no, no, no, no.

"The only thing to put on is your gym gear and that means one thing, I'm standing here in lycra and I've got to get on the bike."

Mark Wright spent two years living in Los Angeles while working as an entertainment reporter for Extra, but he moved back to the UK to be with his former Coronation Street and Our Girl star wife in 2019.

Mark and Michelle, who plays Erin in the Sky One comedy drama Brassic, married in May 2015.
