Topless Jamie Laing works up a sweat as he sparks Strictly return rumours

Jamie Laing is making sure he's still putting in the hours of sweat to maintain his incredible physique.

The Made In Chelsea star, 31, was spotted undergoing a gruelling workout in the British sun on Tuesday.

The reality TV star ditched the T-shirt and treated passersby to views of his topless sweat-fest which included a series of cardio exercises.

Taking his workout out on the grass in Chelsea, Jamie was seen doing high kicks, push ups, mountain climbers and even burpees.

It's unclear what exactly Jamie was training for, but in the lead-up to Strictly Come Dancing this autumn, could he be thinking about making a comeback on the BBC show?

Mirror Online has contacted Jamie's reps for comment.

Jamie was one of 14 celebs who signed up for the hit dance show last year, but was the only one who suffered an unfortunate foot injury before even making it to the dance floor.

His injury saw him pull out of the Strictly 2019 line-up just 48 hours before he was due on stage.

The injury happened after Jamie landed awkwardly during the routine involving all of the celebs and the entire troupe of pro dancers.

Jamie landed awkwardly on his right foot and damaged a tendon, which caused significant pain - meaning he could no longer carry on with the gruelling rehearsals.

BBC bosses said Jamie had been left with no choice after doctors said he would not be able to carry out the minimum weekly requirement of 12 hours of training.

Speaking to Fubar Radio 's Access All Areas, Jamie recently revealed what it was that caused his injury last year, revealing there's a lot more to the story.

He explained: “To tell you a little secret, the reason why I got it [the injury] was because I bought on Amazon these little things called lifts that give you a little bit more height in the old shoes.

"Don't buy those! Terrible things.”
