A 'topless' Alan Carr was met by roars of laughter as he stepped onto the Royal Variety Performance stage.
Displaying bulging ab muscles and pumped-up arms, the comedian got the nod of approval from Prince William who was seen clapping.
Kate Middleton, who looked sensational in an emerald glittery dress complete with shoulder pads, giggled as she applauded Alan's buff new look.
Alan joined the acrobatic group the Messoudi Brothers on the Royal Albert Hall stage, flexing a fake body suit as the audience cheered.
"What can I say, I did a bit of Joe Wicks during lockdown! If the producers of Love Island are watching... call me," he said as he made the phone symbol with his hands.
He pointed at one of the brothers and exclaimed: "And you are fit! Look at that. There's a new silver fox in town, move over Philip Schofield!"
The 45-year-old then went on to parade the stage and asked if the audience would like to see how "strong" he was.
"Oh that's lovely, the loudest no is coming from my dad," he joked as the camera panned to Alan's father in the audience.
The host sat down on the stage and began growling as he continued to "flex" his muscles as one of the topless acrobats stood behind him.

After building up to the moment, the performer put his hands on top of Alan's and then pulled himself into an impressive handstand - whilst Alan took all the credit.
Alan's revealed how his proud dad Graham had cried in the audience after his son presented the show for the first time.
The comic said that it was a "dream come true" to present the prestigious show at the Royal Albert Hall.
The Border Counties Advertiser reported that he said: “I mean, at first I couldn’t believe it, then shock and then completely nervous – it’s a dream come true.
“I just love the show, and it’s absolutely mad because of who you are rubbing shoulders with, and then, of course, the royals will be there and that adds another level of nervousness.
“My dad was crying because he was so proud, which is so sweet. My mum had never, ever been to the Royal Albert Hall."
