'Top two' - Where we think Nottingham Forest will be in the Championship after next six games

Nottingham Forest will be looking to push on from their good start to the season during the month of October.

The Reds have picked up 15 points from their eight league matches, and currently lie in sixth place in the Sky Bet Championship table.

Forest have fives league matches next month, and will be keen up pick up as many of the 15 points on offer as possible.

After taking on Stoke City this evening, Sabri Lamouchi’s side face Blackburn Rovers and Brentford before the international break.

When all of the players return from their brief hiatus, Forest travel to Lancashire to take on Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium.

That is swiftly followed by another City Ground double header against Hull City and then Reading three days later.

With so many points on offer, and the prospect on maintaining Forest’s promotion hopes for the season, October could prove to be a pivotal month for the Reds.

Predict how the Sky Bet Championship will look at the end of October.
