Top solicitors in Lincoln gets boost with addition of industry veteran

A solicitors in Lincoln has been bolstered by the addition of debt recovery chartered legal executive Madeline Broddley.

The industry veteran, who boasts more than 30 years of experience, has joined the commercial litigation team at Sills & Betteridge LLP.

Ms Broddley has a wealth of experience in national and international debt recovery and insolvency.

She has represented national and international banks, local government, builders merchants and energy and utility providers.

The executive specialises in the enforcement of charging orders by way of applying for orders for sale and the realisation of legal, equitable and statutory charges along with other possession actions, such as mortgage repossession.

She also deals with the recovery of overpaid benefits, benefit fraud, bankruptcy and foreign process, which may involve the recovery of a debt by seizing assets located abroad.

Although she will be based at the firm’s Lincoln office, she will be available to assists clients in all of their sites.

Ms Broddley said: “I take great pride in looking after my clients’ interests and recovering money owed to them.

“I have acquired a vast wealth of experience over the years enabling me to deal with most situations confronting clients.

“I look forward to being able to continue providing and further developing my dedicated service to clients, supported by Sills & Betteridge who add to the expertise I am able to offer.”
