Minnesota seemed to be getting Jacksonville’s best game — until the end of the second quarter.
That’s when Vikings cornerback Cameron Dantzler got his first NFL interception. Dantzler’s pick led to Minnesota’s first scoring drive of the day, capped off by a Kirk Cousins touchdown pass to Adam Thielen.
The Vikings are down 9-6 heading into the second half, which seems bad when you consider the fact that the Jaguars are 1-10. But when you take into account just how bad Minnesota started, it’s not all that terrible.
