New data has has revealed the top UK names with the most criminal charges between 2019 and 2020.
Names play a huge role in who we are and how people perceive us.
Parents agonise over what to name their new born, spending hours deciding on the perfect title out of the countless available.
But can a name determine whether you will be a criminal?
To find out, gambling website GoodLuckMate made freedom of Information requests to police forces around the country, asking for the names of people that were charged with crimes in the last two years.
Through this, the casino guide determined the top ten male names most likely to fall on the wrong side of the law.
Offenders named David took the top spot, with a total of 1,010 arrests, followed by Daniel with 1,001 criminal charges.
While most arrests were men, data also revealed the top ten women names most likely to commit a crime.
The name Sarah saw 117 charges, with Amy coming in second with a total of 111 arrests.
