If you're out and about bright and early, you'll want something to wake you up and get you energised to start your day.

Bicycle Boy is a family-friendly musical, brought to you by the audience's own pedal power.

Attendees are encouraged to pedal as hard as they can to keep the show going and help the musical's stars out.

To pull your own, you'll need to be full of energy. Stop off at Le Petit Cafe at 32 Morrison Street before you go so you're ready to cycle your way to the top.

Plus, stop off for a sweet treat at Mimi's Bakehouse on the Shore.
