Here's everything you need to know from this week:

1. Down the Hatch have announced that they're launching their very own DIY burger kits!

2. Lish Dish Pies will be serving up their legendary pies from the Leith Walk Police Box tomorrow (Saturday 20 February).

3. Classic American food is on its way to Edinburgh serving up sides, subs and soda! Follow newcomer Nixon's Bodega on Instagram here, we can't wait for them to open!

4. Bon Vivant's at-home dining kits are back, right in time for Mother's Day (yes, it's on the horizon!). Designed to be shared by two, there is a delicious truffled brie with home made focaccia followed by venison wellington with a pistachio, port and shallot farce. Need more convincing? What about the sherry custard tart with poached rhubarb?

5. Legendary cheese toastie pedlars Meltmongers have changed into a Chinese takeaway for lockdown - check out Chow Town on Just Eat here.

6. The Cocktail Geeks (formerly known as the Pop-Up Geeks) have launched their Hobbits @ Home cocktail packs. The at-home drinks revisit the venue's awesome Hobbit-themed menu from three years ago. Enjoy a taste of Middle Earth in your own home by visiting their website.

7. An Edinburgh dad turned lockdown baker has hit a milestone 250 orders, having only launched his business in January. The Bald Baker, real name Scott Parker, creates old school cakes (think big slabs of the mysterious white iced sponge you'd get at lunchtime) and traybakes for the people of Edinburgh.
