One of Dublin's top hotel has been put up for sale with an asking price of an incredible €125 million.
Owners CBRE Hotels have confirmed The Marker, on Grand Canal Dock, has been offered to the market.
The five-star property includes 187 guest bedrooms (including 18 Executive Rooms and 3 Suites), the ground floor Brasserie and Marker Bar, Spa facilities, the Marker Rooftop Bar and Terrace and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
