The Cambridge office of top 50 law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has added to its expertise in advising clients on IP and commercial issues with the appointment of a new associate.
Natasha Bowyer Irvine, who has joined as associate - IP, IT and commercial, has experience as a general commercial and IP lawyer with a particular interest in life sciences.
She will be working closely with Rachel Bradley, partner, IP, IT and commercial, and Rachel’s clients in Cambridge, as well as the broader IP, IT and commercial team based across five of PMC’s offices.
Natasha will also form an integral part of the specialist, award-winning life sciences team. “My real area of interest is supporting life sciences clients to get deals done and help commercialise their discoveries,” says Natasha. “There are so many brilliant biotechs coming up with life-changing ideas in and around Cambridge and Oxford, and it is really rewarding to be able to advise those companies, and work with them on their commercial agreements to protect their IP and collaborate with third parties.”
Natasha was previously an associate in the commercial and technology team at Taylor Vinters in Cambridge.
