Top 2021 Michigan basketball prospect Pierre Brooks II expected to take virtual visit with Michigan State

Pierre Brooks II is the No. 1 prospect in the state of Michigan for the 2021 recruiting class according to the 247sports rankings, and he is reportedly expected to be taking a visit to Michigan State either Monday or Tuesday, according to Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.

Brooks is currently attending Douglass Academy in Detroit, Michigan and 247sports has him listed as the No. 18 shooting guard in his recruiting class and the No. 83 player overall. They also have him projected as a 100% lock to end up at Michigan State at this time.

Michigan State is expected to host four-star junior Pierre Brooks II for his virtual visit with the staff ‘On Monday or Tuesday’ – – Brooks II told @Stockrisers.

He expects have his list cut down soon. Spartans have already hosted him for several campus visits last season.

Brooks also has offers out from Michigan, Xavier, Arizona State, and Illinois among others. According to the tweet from Weingarten, Brooks is expecting to have his list pared down soon.
