Top 10 most popular home workout songs revealed

New research has revealed the most popular tracks people are using to accompany their home workout routines.

With the nation stuck inside and looking for innovative ways of getting fit and staying in shape, Google Trends reveals that searches for ways to work out at home have increased by a whopping 488%

Along with providing a means of motivation, scientific evidence backs claims that the right tracks can help individuals improve their endurance and feel more positive during exercise.

Now, a study produced by  PureGym  has found Dua Lipa's "Don't Start Now" is currently topping the list for the most popular home workout song, appearing in 12% of playlists. Her more aptly titled "Physical", meanwhile, ranks at number four.

Elsewhere, in a separate list related specifically to artists, Eminem ranks at number one appearing in the most playlists with Dua Lipa at number two.
