The most reliable and the least reliable broadband and phone providers have been revealed - with Tesco Mobile emerging as the number one provider.
The last few months have shown us just how reliant on technology we are, and with thousands of people across the nation relying on their internet provider to be able to work from home.
And so now research released by customer advice company Utility Bidder has revealed the top 10 most and least reliable broadband and phone providers in the UK.
The top spot was something of a surprise contender the company says, with Tesco Mobile scoring an average of 9.83 out of 10.
According to the company's data, the broadband provider received just 18 reports of disconnections in the last 12 months, with just one complaint for every 100,000 customers.
EE came in second place, scoring 8.70 out of 10 with 52 outages reported in the last 12 months.
O2 was another major provider with a relatively low number of reported disconnections - 49 over the last twelve months, which the company says is impressive for one of the country’s biggest networks.

The research comprised of totalling the number of outages or problems reported to Downdetector in the last twelve months (October 2019-September 2020).
The number of complaints regarding fixed broadband, landline and pay-monthly mobile services were calculated per 100,000 customers (January-March 2020), as well as the percentage of customers satisfied with the reliability of their broadband, landline and mobile phone services, according to Ofcom.
