Tomorrowland, the massive Belgian EDM festival, is set to make its Australian debut — sort of.
Buzz started after TikTok user @mofftits posted a video showing a 2026 tour map at Tomorrowland’s CORE stage in Belgium, clearly listing “Melbourne, November 2026” alongside dates like CORE Medellín, CORE Los Angeles, and Belgium itself.

What is Tomorrowland CORE?
Don’t expect the entire Tomorrowland universe, but the legendary CORE stage is coming Down Under. This stage, with its wild jungle theme and big house/techno line-ups, has become its own global mini-festival since launching in 2017, travelling to spots like Tulum and Medellín.
Previous headline acts have included Disclosure, Bicep, and Diplo.
How big will Tomorrowland Melbourne be?
If Tomorrowland Australia follows the Belgian blueprint, it means huge crowds, mind-blowing stages, special effects, and production values on a global scale. The original festival attracts 400,000+ people, features giant stages, pyrotechnics, and even animatronic dragons. Fingers crossed the logistical and production demands don’t break our local infrastructure.

Where is Tomorrowland in Melbourne?
Nothing confirmed quite yet but my money is on Flemington Racecourse or Sidney Myer Bowl to take the wave of ravers who are sure to turn it all the way up.
When are Tomorrowland Australia tickets available?
There’s no official word yet on the ticket release. Tomorrowland usually drops ticket info closer to the event — so keep an eye out in late 2025 or early 2026 on the official CORE World website for updates.
Tomorrowland Australia: The next steps
While Tomorrowland’s Melbourne moment hasn’t been officially confirmed, the sigs are there and I can’t lie, we NEED some good news in the live music scene.
Australia’s music festival scene has faced serious challenges with multiple festivals being cancelled including Splendour In The Grass, Falls Festival and Groovin’ The Moo disappearing recently. Plus, with unpredictable weather, rising costs, and low government support, things have been rough to say the least.
If it goes ahead, Tomorrowland’s CORE stage could bring new life to Australia’s festival scene.
So everyone please cross their fingers and toes so that all goes smoothly!!
