Tommy Robinson has been bailed after being arrested at London Luton Airport on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
A video emerged which showed the far-right activist, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, walking away from the scene of an alleged assault at London St Pancras International railway station on the evening of Monday, July 28.
He was pacing around the station with another person lying still on the floor nearby.
Robinson, 42, left the country for Tenerife the next morning as police made arrest enquiries over the incident in a walkway towards the Thameslink hub.
He was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and taken to custody for questioning on Monday.
A British Transport Police spokeswoman said he has been bailed until September 2 while enquiries continue.

Last night the force confirmed: “Officers from BTP have tonight arrested a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire in connection to an assault at St Pancras station in London on July 29.
“The arrest took place at Luton Airport shortly after 6.30pm, following a notification that the man had boarded an incoming flight from Faro.
“The man had been wanted for questioning after leaving the country to Tenerife in the early hours of August 29 following the incident at St Pancras.
“He was arrested on suspicion of GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm) and will now be taken to custody for questioning.”
Police previously revealed that a man was taken to hospital with “serious injuries”, although they were not believed to be life-threatening.
The force confirmed last Thursday that he had been discharged from hospital following the incident in Camden, north London.
