With Molly-Mae due to give birth as soon as December or January, Tommy is currently preparing for his fight and has been in a training camp for the last months while his pregnant girlfriend remained at their £3.5million home in Cheshire.
Ahead of his fight this week, Tommy has now spoken out about his relationship with PrettyLittleThing's creative director in a rare interview.
The boxer could be seen tearing up as he reminisced on the couple's journey after being shown a clip from where their relationship began on Love Island.
Appearing as a guest on the Kris Fade Show in Dubai ahead of his fight, the breakfast radio show presenter asked him: "How was the experience being on Love Island?" to which Tommy replied: "It was amazing, I wouldn't change it for a single thing. I met my mrs, we have a baby on the way, so Love Island was one of the best things I've ever done in my life."
"Never in my life did I think I was going to go on Love Island and meet the girl that I was going to have kids with but at the end of the day the world works in mysterious ways and I wouldn't change it for a thing," he continued.
"Molly's everything in my life and she's my number one supporter and she helps me through everything so big up Love Island."
Host Kris Fade then played a clip of Tommy pouring his heart out to Molly on the final night of the ITV2 show before they were crowned runners up to Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.
Tommy then became visibly emotionally as he teared up whilst listening to the clip of himself confessing his love to his girlfriend three years ago.
"It makes me emotional," he mouthed.
Tommy then gave some advice to men: "This is a tip for men out there - don't be so hard. Don't try and be an alpha male. Find that soft side in you and tell your mrs how you feel this morning over a coffee.
"At the end of the day there is nothing wrong with a little bit of soft loving."
