Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have been spotted together for the first time since the latter’s much-hyped fight with American YouTuber Jake Paul was cancelled.
The Love Island stars were out an about in Cheshire on Wednesday – with 31-year-old fellow reality star Maura Higgins third wheeling along with them.
Molly-Mae, 22, was dressed in a chic sport-style outfit wearing simple charcoal leggings, a white hooded top, high-top trainers, and a varsity jacket.
She added an air of mystique as she hid behind a pair of dark shades and kept her hair tied-up in a high bun and carried a designer handbag.
Maura gave Molly-Mae a run for her stylish money as she wrapped up in a faux-sheep-skin lined bomber jacket and a pair of dark leggings of her own.
The Irish babe also wore a tight, black high-necked jumper, white trainers, carried a large designer bag, and had her hair scraped back into a tight pony.
Meanwhile, 22-year-old Tommy looked boxer-chic as he strolled around in a grey tracksuit completed with a hood which he kept firmly up.
The athlete had been due to clash with 24-year-old Jake at an event in Tampa, Florida, this weekend – but was forced to cancel plans after he cracked a rib and suffered a chest infection.
Earlier in the week, Molly-Mae tearfully explained that Tommy was devastated that injury had forced him out of this weekend’s cancelled fight.
Fighting back tears, she said during an online address to fans and followers: “I don’t like coming on my YouTube channel and reeling off my problems and making you guys, after this video, be like ‘that was such a miserable video’.
“But at the same time I would never come on here and paint a pretty picture and be like, ‘things are so great and my life is so perfect’, when it is far from right now.
“I know you guys probably want me to come on here and be more specific and talk about the fight and what’s been going on, but it’s not my situation to talk about, it’s Tommy’s thing
“I’m just here to be his rock and to support him through thick and thin. When you love someone so deeply and they’re hurting so badly and going through something so rubbish you can’t help but feel it yourself."
Meanwhile, Jake – who has taken proverbial swipes at Molly-Mae in the past – brutally mocked Tommy and his failure to be in fighting shape for the weekend.
Jake told Showtime TV: "I don't think a fight will ever happen. I don't wanna give him the opportunity. He had his shot.
"I'd like to see him have to fight 20 more times to even get the same payday he was gonna get vs me. Sorry Tommy, it's not gonna happen."
Jake is due to take on Tyron Woodley instead this weekend after the 39-year-old Mixed Martial Arts fighter replaced Tommy after he dropped out.
