Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague enjoy defiant date night after 'seasoning-gate'

Loved-up Love Island couple Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague were all smiles as they enjoyed a date night in Manchester following 'seasoning-gate'.

Manchester boxer recently Tommy recently got people talking after sharing a photo of a dinner lovingly prepared for him by Molly-Mae - a plate of plain chicken and vegetables with no seasoning.

The meal was mocked on social media for looking 'bland'.

However, Tommy said Molly-Mae's meal was 'the most caring thing' anyone has done for him.

He wrote: "Can I just say that the meal @mollymaehague made for me was a fighters meal clean cut food I don’t like seasoning or any of that btw."

He continued, adding a love heart: "It was the most caring thing anyone has ever done for me so thanks for the meal babe I love you. Come on guys where’s the love."

The couple ditched the kitchen as they headed to The Ivy restaurant for a romantic meal, and they looked smitten as they arrived at the swanky eatery, fingers entwined.

Molly, 20, looked stunning in a silver figure-hugging top as she strolled along with her man, also 20.

"So pretty," commented one fan on an Instagram snap of her look.

The pair were runners-up in this year's series of the ITV2 dating show Love Island and they moved in together in Manchester shortly after the eight week experience ended.

Molly-Mae's home-cooked dinner for two was served up on a table with a flickering candle with a bottle of ketchup and mayonnaise, Tommy's favourite condiment, on the side.

"So hard training session at the gym and I come back to the wifiest wife of them all," he told fans in a video on his Instagram stories.

And he batted away Molly-Mae's protest that it looked 'terrible.'

"And it's on plastic plates as well," she laughed.

"It's the thought that counts," he reassured.
