Conservative firebrand Tomi Lahren has reportedly been “banned permanently” from The Blaze.
Ms Lahren was suspended last week after flip-flopping on abortion and declaring herself pro-choice. Now, sources close to Glenn Beck’s network say that she has been banned permanently.
“Glenn is reminding the world of his conservative principles by sidelining Tomi after she insulted conservatives by calling them hypocrites,” one insider told the New York Post.
" He’s trying to balance being a leading conservative thinker and also someone who can unify the country... He just couldn’t sit by and watch as Tomi Lahren said there’s no way for conservatives to justify anything other than being pro-choice.”
Earlier this month, Ms Lahren announced that she was pro-choice during an appearance on ABC’s daytime show, The View .
She also said its hypocritical for conservatives to be in favor of limited government while opposing abortion.
“I am someone that’s for limited government," she began. "So I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government, but I think the government should decide what women should do with their bodies.”
