Tom Sizemore was slapped with a lawsuit Monday from a former co-star who claims the actor groped her at a photo shoot when she was 11 years old.
The 26-year-old woman filed suit in Utah, and accused the scandal-plagued star of inflicting her with posttraumatic stress and drug and alcohol addiction stemming from the 2003 incident on the set of "Born Killers."
She is seeking at least $3 million in damages.
Reps for Sizemore, 56, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The lawsuit comes six months after the allegations first surfaced when a dozen cast and crew members recalled the assault to The Hollywood Reporter.
The production members claimed the girl was seated on Sizemore's lap in a flannel nightgown when he either rubbed his fingers along her vagina or digitally penetrated her during a portrait session for photos that were to be used in the film.
"The girl was so young it was unclear to her and (later) her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not," production manager Cassidy Lunnen told THR.
