Tom Parker's widow Kelsey posts adorable video as kids welcome her home with hugs

Kelsey Parker shared an adorable video of herself being welcomed home by her children after a tough interview on Loose Women.

The 32-year-old appeared on the ITV show to speak about late husband Tom in her first TV interview since his death.

The Wanted singer Tom tragically died aged just 33 in March, 18 months after he was diagnosed with brain cancer.

In the clip, which she posted on Instagram, Kelsey was seen arriving back home and was surprised by son Bodhi and daughter Aurelia as they ran up to give her a big hug.

Alongside the video, Kelsey wrote: "Thank you for all your lovely messages today. Not an easy interview but I’m proud I stayed strong, no tears. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies and the kind team at @loosewomen. Home to my babies in the sunshine. Happy weekend everyone #positiveparkers."

Kelsey previously opened up about how she had told her children about their dad's death.

She said that telling their children that Tom had died was "really tough" and that the words got "stuck in her throat".

Ever since Tom was diagnosed with cancer, the couple have resolved to be honest with two-year-old Aurelia and 18-month-old Bodhi.

Speaking about the moment she told Aurelia, Kelsey told The Sun: "I couldn’t talk, it was like I had something stuck in my throat, I couldn’t say it but I knew I had to say those words to her because she had to know."

Recalling the last conversation she had with Tom, Kelsey said: "I said, ‘You know Tom, I will be OK, the kids will be OK. I will make sure that everything you want them to know, the things that you’ve taught me over the years, I promise to teach them it all’.

“He said, ‘I know you’re going to be OK’. He then took off his wedding ring and put it on my finger."

Kelsey recently shared a touching photo of her daughter Aurelia holding a feather on Instagram as she said "daddy has come to visit".

She revealed that Tom had promised to send her signs every day before he died.

The mum recalled sitting on a bench crying when a feather fell from the sky.

Kelsey said: “I said to Tom before he passed away, ‘Will you give me signs every day’, and he said, ‘Yes’. I knew straight away it was him.

"I kept that feather, I still have it in a little glass pot on my dressing table.”
