Tom Kerridge creates new in-flight menu for British Airways across all cabins

British Airways ' in-flight menu just got a major update courtesy of Tom Kerridge.

In honour of the airline's centenary celebrations, the Michelin-starred British chef has created a host of gourmet menus for passengers travelling with the airline throughout August.

The best part is that the fine dining won't be just for First Class passengers, as he's created options for Economy cabin passengers too.

Tom worked with the airline's chefs to create some seriously delicious dishes featuring British seasonal ingredients from wild garlic to asparagus, that also work at altitude.

So, what's on the menu?

"The dishes reflect not only my vision and what I do at my restaurants but most importantly, they represent the best of British food to the world."

The menus will be on offer on long-haul flights only, throughout the month of August as British Airways marks its milestone birthday on August 25.
