This is the sixth book in the Tom Gates series. They are all super funny! They follow the adventures of a boy called Tom Gates who likes eating caramel waffles and drawing lots of doodles. These doodles are drawn all over the books, which make them look really mad and interesting!
In this book it's winter and Tom has a new next-door-neighbour who pulls silly faces at him and is really irritating. As usual Tom gets up to lots of mischief, both by himself and with his friends.
My favourite character is Tom Gates because he is just hilarious. The only character I don't like is Marcus. He's been in all the books and is so annoying!
I really like that there are instructions to make something cool at the end of each book. I haven't tried any of them yet, but I will soon.
I've got all of the Tom Gates books so far, and I'll be buying any new ones that Liz Pichon writes!
