Tom Davies sent a jubilant message to Everton fans after the derby win - and could not resist slipping in a cheeky expletive.
The Blues secured a 2-0 triumph at Anfield against Liverpool thanks to goals from Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Victory last night leaves Everton level on points with the neighbours - and Carlo Ancelotti's men also boast a game in hand.
Following the final whistle, the official Blues account on Twitter posted a video message from midfielder Davies.
The 22-year-old said: "Alright everyone, I hope you've had a great night and enjoyed a great shift from the lads.
"Get in there. Up the f*****g Toffees. I've swore! I've swore!"
The tweet from Everton has had more than 15,000 likes and plenty of fans reacted to the post.
NSNO said: "We all swore lad".
While Trevor Edwards replied: "Love that lad. Love the fact that [he is] proving all his critics wrong."
And Joe Kennedy posted: "Tom can u drop Thiago off at his hotel as he’s still in ur pocket".
Everton are next in action on Monday, March 1st at home to Southampton.
