Yes, we are at the point where players drafted were born in the year 2000.
And North Dakota State quarterback Trey Lance, sure to be a first-round pick April 29, had not been born when the New England Patriots chose Brady in the sixth round of the 2000 process.
There has been discussion around how young quarterbacks like Patrick Mahomes were when Brady started to play or when he won his first Super Bowl.
