The Match between Tom Brady and Phil Mickelson vs. Aaron Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau has already had its share of trash talk (and you know there will be PLENTY more) before the event tees off on Tuesday afternoon.
It’s included the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback not-so-subtly trolling Rodgers about the Green Bay Packers choosing to kick a field goal instead of going for it against the Bucs in the NFC Championship game.
Before the exhibition, the participants played a round of Jeopardy! and Brady was asked a very clear Rodgers trivia question. The Bucs QB answered, “He’s unhappy with his boss and has no options, who is Aaron Rodgers?”
Rodgers took it in stride, saying he never said he was unhappy with his boss, which seems like it’s true! Anytime he’s spoken on the subject, he’s hinted at unhappiness but never quite said it outright.
