The NFL organized a unique moment for some of the best players in history to be on the field for Super Bowl 54 in honor of the league’s 100th year. And Tom Brady relished being a part of that moment. He has, on multiple occasions, reflected upon how grateful he was to spend time with his idols and former teammates.
When the league’s Instagram account posted an image of Brady with former teammates Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski, Doug Flutie and current coach Bill Belichick, Brady couldn’t help but share a few more thoughts.
“Couldn’t be more blessed to share the field with these NFL legends as well as all the other teammates and coaches that we represent!!” Brady wrote. “Football is a sport like no other! Nothing can be accomplished without incredible teamwork, discipline, hard work and determination! I was very happy and proud to represent all former and current teammates on such a special occasion! 💯”
