Tom Brady just had to smile at C.J. Gardner-Johnson getting in his face

In one corner, we have New Orleans Saints safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who is in his third NFL season, and has won zero Super Bowls.

In the other is Tom Brady, who has won a lot of Super Bowls and is generally considered the GOAT.

While Brady can basically claim “Scoreboard!” on anyone who talks trash to him, sometimes you just have to laugh when a player like Gardner-Johnson decides to get in your face to talk trash, especially after a play in which you fumble.

And that’s exactly what happened Sunday night — Brady fumbled while on the run, and after the Saints recovered, Gardner-Johnson crossed his arms in front of the QB. And Brady just had to smile, a change from all the tablet throwing and yelling at opposing coaches:
