Tom Brady isn’t the fastest player on the field, and he’s the first to admit it.
The six-time Super Bowl champion surpassed 1,000 rushing yards in his 19th season — making him the oldest player to hit this mark. The NFL’s Instagram account posted a throwback video of Danny Etling running for a 86-yard touchdown last preseason — and made sure to acknowledge that it wasn’t Brady.
“Definitely not Tom Brady,” the 41-year-old quarterback quickly replied.
It’s safe to say that Brady is often the slowest guy on the field, but that hasn’t him held him back from excelling in other areas of the game.
