Tom Brady is the only remaining active player from the 2000 NFL draft

Sebastian Janikowski officially announced his retirement from the NFL after 19 years.

Janikowski was everyone on the internet’s favorite kicker. Maybe it was because he looked a little overweight. Maybe it was because he absolutely boomed the ball. Maybe it was because he had a cool nickname. It doesn’t matter, we will all miss Seabass. Janikowski hasn’t been the best kicker in the league for some time now, but even at his worst, he was still pretty good.

Now only one player from the 2000 NFL Draft remains. That man is Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.

Brady may never retire so he may keep the title for oldest drafted NFL player for some time.
