Tom Brady giving Baker Mayfield advice on the football field doesn’t seem ideal. Unless it was a hypothetical situation in which Mayfield had to evade a group of kids trying to attack him.
Mayfield was having some fun during his Pro Camp and was teaching a group of kids how to dance like him. He was asked by a fan on Twitter whether he could handle that same group of kids attacking him — and Mayfield said he believes that he could handle 50 or more.
Brady noticed the comment and gave Mayfield some very pragmatic advice.
This should be the extent of how much advice Brady gives Mayfield — because the Cleveland Browns have appeared to turn their franchise around. Mayfield is surrounded by talent, and the Browns have elite players on both sides of the ball.
It’s all fun and games for now, but the real competition is just around the corner.
