Tom Brady has delivered some of his finest moments in freezing-cold temperatures, but he isn’t quite as infallible when he’s wearing a pair of skis. The 41-year-old picked up skiing midway through his career, and he terrified Patriots fans in 2017 by posting a video of a crash to his Instagram account.
Brady is preparing for a family ski trip in the offseason, and he teased fans Friday by saying he’s going to take some cues from skiing legend Lindsey Vonn and add some speed and height to his jumps.
Former Patriots teammate Drew Bledsoe opened up about Brady’s ability as a skier a few years ago – and he didn’t give a great review.

“We were up there, our family was in Montana skiing and Tommy was up there with his family. I made a couple of turns with him. But this was like two or three years ago, and he was really awful then. I think he’s gotten a little bit better. I think he and Gisele both started skiing at the same time and all the reports I get is that she’s a better skier than he is already. He’s absolutely going to get lapped by his kids. I know how that goes [laughs], because they start early and they just skyrocket.”
