Genki has officially launched Tokyo Xtreme Racing, bringing the game out of Steam Early Access at a price of $49.99. The studio also confirmed a PlayStation 5 version is on the way, highlighted by a teaser trailer featuring the Lexus LFA ‘10.
With the full release, the story is now playable through to the end, expanding beyond the Chapter 2 limit from Early Access. The update also brings in new Lexus and Honda models, more wheel options and added customization for cars that previously didn’t support aero parts.
The release also adds a New Game+ mode unlocked by defeating late-story rivals, allowing progress to reset while carrying over CP and vehicles. HDR support is included as well, with the option to enable it in settings and capture HDR screenshots in Photo Mode. Check out the full details here.
