Visitors stand in the cool night air and take photos of Tokyo Station, as the famous building and the nearby trees are lit up in blue, purple and orange lights. The theme of the "Tokyo Michiterasu 2021" illumination is the dawn. The colors gradually change to represent the coming dawn of a new era. The illumination is set to run from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Dec. 25.
