Day 13 of the Olympics is upon us, with Team GB looking to add more medals to their tally.

Matt Walls won a brilliant gold medal in the velodrome, dominating the men’s omnium to win GB’s 50th medal of the Games.

Reigning champion Liam Heath won a bronze is in the sprint canoeing men’s K1 200m final while Andrew Pozzi and Tom Bosworth are out on the track in the men’s 110m hurdles final and 20km race walk respectively.

Holly Bradshaw spoke to our man in Toyo, Malik Ouzia, about hoping to inspire the country as “the girl next door” in the pole vault, and she picked up a bronze.
